About The Program
The Young Women’s Leadership Program is a no-cost, in-person leadership development program inspired by the globally recognized curriculum of Dr. Yasmin Davidds and in partnership with the University of La Verne and USC Marshall School of Business.
Led by expert faculty and mentors, students will receive real-world tools in leadership, communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and advocacy— while building community with peers.

Program Eligibility
The Young Women’s Leadership Program offers a supportive environment where all college students and recent graduates are welcomed and engaged in programs, events, and dialogues that address the important issues affecting first-generation students.
Eligibility for the Young Women’s Leadership Program is not exclusionary on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, national and ethnic origin, disability, veteran status, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
